Home Ownership Made Easier:  First-Time Home Buyers Seminar


The Home Ownership Made Easier Program (H.O.M.E.) targets prospective first-time home buyers in Missouri. Training is provided by University of Missouri Extension.

Designed to assist first-time home buyers to:

arrow2.gif (572 bytes) Analyze their own personal financial
    and credit situation

arrow2.gif (572 bytes) Learn about mortgage types and
    availability

arrow2.gif (572 bytes) Understand down-payment and
    closing-cost requirements

All participants will receive a Home Buyers' Guide at the initial session and a certificate upon completion. This course meets or exceeds the educational requirements for the loan programs offered by
Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and mortgage insurance discounts offered by HUD.

Cost: $50 per person or household

Pre-registration is required:
Call University of Missouri  Extension 636-970-3000, 8-4:30 p.m.

Requests for refunds must be made five days prior to class starting date.
