The publication describes ways to store fish, how to handle fish safely, how to clean and dress fish, how to preserve fish, and ways to cook fish. The publication's many illustrations show many things, including how to clean the fish, how to cut the fish into fillets and other cuts, how to wrap cuts for freezing, how to cook fish in smokehouses and how to can fish.
