The 2012 year brought Ozark County farmers some troublesome and unique weather and bug events. Early in the spring, we started with a major rain event of 20-25 inches of rainfall within approximately 1 week. Also during 2012 Fire Ants were introduced to our area. The 2012 Annual report contains more information on the above items as well as information on programs and workshops that the Ozark County Extension office offered throughout 2012.
