PDF File Information:

Some files used on our web site are available as Adobe PDF (Portable Document Format) files.  PDF files have an advantage over HTM/HTML (web) files, in that they may contain better-quality graphics, and appear and print identical to the printed newsletters.

PDF files maintain the design and layout of the original document, including any special fonts used in the original.

In order to view or print PDF files, you will need the  Adobe® Acrobat® Reader, available FREE from Adobe's web site.  The Reader can be used on its own, as a stand-alone program; the installer also comes with a Plug-In for web browsers that allows you to view and print PDF files from within your web browser.

NOTE:  Downloading Acrobat Reader will help you access our (pdf) files, what this will do is load a "free" program on your computer that allows you to read any file on the internet that is saved as a pdf file. The advantage of a pdf file is that you will be able to print the newsletter exactly as it prints for us. With everyone owning different programs, and printers, files/pages will print differently for each user from the web. With Adobe it prints as we wish it to print, which is essential when we use forms that need to be filled out and sent in.
