Aug. 27 - The 15 members who elected to participate in our new Plant Buddy program will bring the gift plants requested by their plant buddies and provide a little education about each plant.


Free Public Seminars

July 14 - Mark Bernskoetter of Master Gardeners of Greene County will speak on "Planting to Attract Pollinators," and Jasmine Bass, vice president of Bees Alive Club, will speak on "The Honeybee, A Gardener's Friend." Learn what to plant in Missouri gardens to sustain pollinators year round. And though you may not plan to become a beekeeper, you'll learn how important they are for growing vegetables and fruit and why and how they are being threatened and what you can do to protect them.
