    Quality for Keeps Home Food Preservation (Session 2 of 2)

    Description:

    This 2-session series will provide participants with research-tested information about food preservation including hands-on experiences in pressure canning sweet spreads and salsas.

    Session topic:

    Learn to make and preserve salsas using a water bath canner and steam canner.

    Registration:

    Participants may register for one or both workshops. For more information, contact the MU Extension in Cole County at 573-634-2824 or e-mail the instructor. The registration deadline is 1 week before each session.
