    Quality for Keeps Home Food Preservation (Session 3 of 4)

    Description:

    This 4-session series will provide participants with research-tested information about food preservation including hands-on experiences in pressure canning, water bath canning, freezing, and dehydrating fruits and vegetables.

    Session topic:

    Learn to preserve vegetables and other low acid foods using a pressure canner.

    Registration:

    Participants may register for individual workshops or the entire series. For more information, contact the Cole County Extension Center at 573-634-2824 or e-mail the instuctor. Registration deadline is 1 week before each session.
