There isn't a cure for such conditions, but fortunately, the symptoms that come along with these conditions can be managed through lifestyle and behavior changes.
This free program will help individuals with a chronic condition, or individuals caring for a loved one with a chronic condition, take back control over their health and be able to live a more enjoyable life through self-management techniques. What are self-management techniques? We will cover several of these each week, for example, action planning, eating healthy, physical activity, using your mind, and communicating.
