From the intersection on McClelland and 32nd, head south. Use the turn lane to turn right into the Freeman Business Center. Park in the back parking lot and use the back entrance.

It is recommended that adults perform strength training activities 2-3 times per week. Stay Strong, Stay Healthy provides older adults an opportunity to do muscle strengthening exercises in a safe environment where they can progress at their own rate.
Strength training has several health benefits including improved strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility. Strength training also helps improve self-esteem and quality of sleep.
The biggest benefit this program has to offer older adults is the ability to remain independent and continue performing activities of daily living without assistance.
