Description:

The Affordable Care Act (ACA), often referred to as Obamacare, is the most sweeping health-policy change since Medicare was established in 1965. Congress passed the law in 2010, and the Supreme Court declared it to be constitutional in 2012.

If you buy a plan in the Health Insurance Marketplace, you may get help from the government to pay for your premiums. The amount of help you get, called a premium tax credit, is based on how much money you earn in a year.

We are here to provide you the facts you need to know to understand your rights, requirements and opportunities under the law.
