    Private Pesticide Applicator Training in Waynesville (Pulaski County)

    Missouri law requires all purchasers and users of restricted-use pesticides to attend a training session to be certified for a private applicators license. During this training, participants will learn about safe handling of pesticides, proper mixing, calibration techniques, environmental ramifications of improper mixing or careless application, chemical breakdown of pesticides in the environment, what records are needed, pesticide formulations, personal protective wear and how to clean it, pesticide storage, common MO pests, and integrated pest management (IPM).

Nozzle selection is one of the most important decisions to be made related to pesticide applications. The type of nozzle affects not only the amount of spray applied to a particular area, but also the uniformity of the applied spray, the coverage obtained on the sprayed surface, and the amount of drift that can occur.

The Level 2 class includes more complex upper and lower body strengthening exercises, core body exercises, and balance movements.
