Focus on Kids, developed by the University of Missouri, is a court-approved educational program for parents with minor children, who are seeking divorce, legal separation, motion to modify, annulment or paternity. The educational session will increase awareness of the effects marriage dissolution and/or custody has on children.
Focus on Kids is for parents to better understand how divorce affects children, and how their actions during and after the divorce can have long-term affects on the children involved.

This winter education series is focusing on forage, row crop, and cattle production and is being offered by the University of Missouri Extension. This four-part series is designed to cover a variety of topics relevant to crop and cattle farmers.

Stay Strong, Stay Healthy Advanced (Session 12 of 16)

This MU Extension strength-training program can get your fitness journey (re)started. Participants will be guided safely by a trained instructor through warm up, eight muscle-strengthening exercises and cool down. Equipment is provided. The class is targeted toward older and sedentary middle-aged adults. There are no age limits.

This workshop discusses the importance of understanding of common food allergies, their cause and symptoms, and what a center must do to be prepared in case of an emergency.
