Cole Camp Antique Tractor Days - Living History Days (Session 2 of 2)

Hermitage Grazing School

This will be the traditional Grazing School taught by Mu Extension Personal, Soil and Water District Personal, and the Natural Resource Conservation Service Personal. This will meet the EQUIP requirements for government assistance on SWDC/NRCS programs. All aspect of rotational grazing systems will be discussed and most will be demonstrated.

Stay Strong, Stay Healthy - Level 1 (Session 10 of 16)

You can start on the road to better health with the Stay Strong, Stay Healthy program, an eight-week series of one-hour, twice weekly sessions. The evidence-based program is built on simple, strength-building exercises that will improve balance, health and state of mind. No, its not strenuous weight-lifting. You'll start at a level that's right for you. No one is too inactive to participate. Building strength promotes quality of life and independence, especially for adults over age 60.
