Hermitage Grazing School

This will be the traditional Grazing School taught by Mu Extension Personal, Soil and Water District Personal, and the Natural Resource Conservation Service Personal. This will meet the EQUIP requirements for government assistance on SWDC/NRCS programs. All aspect of rotational grazing systems will be discussed and most will be demonstrated.

Stay Strong, Stay Healthy - Level 1 (Session 6 of 16)

Description:

The Stay Strong Stay Healthy program is a safe, structured and effective strength training program designed for adults 50 and over. For 8 weeks, participants learn exercises to improve their strength, flexibility and balance. During each session, a prescribed set of upper and lower body strengthening exercises are done along with warm-up and cool-down stretches. Participants are made to feel comfortable regardless of their current fitness level so they can safely participate and gradually build the strength beneficial to health. This course is offered in partnership with St. Charles Community College.

Boost your Brain and Memory (Session 3 of 4)
