This free program will help individuals with a chronic condition, or individuals caring for a loved one with a chronic condition, take back control over their health and be able to live a more enjoyable life through self-management techniques. What are self-management techniques? We will cover several of these each week, for example, action planning, eating healthy, physical activity, using your mind, and communicating. Come enjoy a safe environment to interact with others who are struggling with similar symptoms and problems, and find relief!
