Description:

Applications are currently being accepted for the Randolph County Youth EXCEL 2017-2018 class. EXCEL is a leadership program that builds skills useful in both public service and career development, and increases knowledge about the local community. The program kicks off on the morning of Saturday, September 30, and runs through early April, meeting roughly once a month. The program is open to high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors.

Session topic:

Tour of Missouri State Capitol in Jefferson City, carpool from Moberly.

Description:

In this course, you'll learn to manage the financial aspects of your small business quickly and efficiently using QuickBooks Online. With the online version, you will gain all the advantage of computing in the cloud, so that your files will be available to you virtually anytime, anywhere. As we explore the pros and cons of online accounting and gain hands-on experience, you will learn all the ways this accounting program helps you manage your business' finances - from recording income and expenses, to entering checks and bank transfer entries, to setting up a chart of accounts. You'll see how to reconcile your checking account and manage credit card and loan payments; create and print invoices, receipts and statements; track your payables, inventory and receivables; create estimates; generate reports; and much more! Whether you are new to QuickBooks or have already used other versions of this software program, this course will empower you to take control of the financial accounting for your business, all with the ease and convenience of an online platform.
