    Description:

    Ultrasound images are collected on-farm for carcass evaluation. Images are later interpreted for loin eye area and back fat thickness. Other data collection on-farm includes: ear notch, breed, sex, weight, farrowing date, and registration number. Measurements and data are sent to the producer and the National Swine Registry for genetic evaluation and improvement. Breeds include: Berkshire, Duroc, Hampshire, Landrace, and Yorkshire. Data is collected on cross bred boars.

    Stay Strong, Stay Healthy (SSSH) is an 8-week strength training program for older adults designed to increase aging adults’ access to a safe, structured and effective strength training program.
