    Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law: Notice is given that the Greene County Extension Council will conduct an open meeting on this day for the purpose of conducting the business of the Greene County Extension Council. A few days before each meeting the council packet is available for viewing online. A small lunch is generally available for purchase at the meeting.

    FSMA Produce Safety Alliance Training, Springfield

    Description:

    The Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Produce Safety Alliance (PSA) training is a standardized national training curriculum in produce food safety, approved by the Food and Drug Administration to meet the training requirement for farms subject to the FSMA Produce Safety Rule. The 8 hour training curriculum includes modules on FSMA, worker health and hygiene, soil amendments of biological origin, domestic animal and wildlife issues, production and postharvest use of water, postharvest handling and sanitation, and food safety plans/traceability.
