2017 Fall Tax Schools
(Six hours Federal Tax Law and two hours Federal Tax Update)

There will not be a school in O'Fallon in 2017

  • Oct. 24 — Cape Girardeau (Map)
  • Oct. 26 — Columbia (Map)
  • Oct. 30 — St. Joseph (Map)
  • Oct. 31 — Springfield (Map)

Optional Day 2 Schools

(Five hours Federal Tax Law, one hour Federal Tax Law Update and two hours Ethics)

  • Oct. 27 - Columbia (Map)  * Limited to 30 people
  • Nov. 1 — Springfield (Map)

Hotel Information - Both hotels have blocks of rooms at discounted prices for anyone choosing to stay.

Columbia - Hampton Inn Suites --The training on Oct. 26th will be at the Hampton Inn Suites (S. of MU campus)..    The Day 2 Columbia School will be held at the Boone County Extension Center, 1012 N. Hwy UU on Oct. 27th.
Reservations call:  (573) 214-2222. Block is reserved as:  MU Fall Tax Conference.  Rate:  $119.  The block rooms will be held until Sept. 26, 2017.

Springfield - Holiday Inn — both Oct. 31 and Nov. 1 schools will be held at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites, 2720 N. Glenstone, Springfield (just S. of I-44).  A block of rooms is being held for Oct. 30 and Oct. 31 at the Holiday Inn & Suites, 2720 N. Glenstone Ave., Springfield, MO.  Reservations call 417-865-8600.  Rate: $83 per night for a King or two doubles.  To get the rate mention you are with University MU Extension (The block of rooms is being held until Oct. 1, 2017)

The 2017 MU Extension Tax School is an IRS approved Continuing Education (CE) provider.

Cancelation Policy:  No refunds for cancelations less than one week before the date of the tax school.  Materials will be shipped to those unable to attend but registered. 
(Facilities, books and food are all finalized a week out and cannot be changed, therefore the need for the policy.)
