Condolences

George W. Graham passed away June 24 after a short battle with acute leukemia. His career with University of Missouri Extension spanned from 1957 to 1985. He was based in Cedar, Jasper and Vernon counties, retiring as a regional dairy specialist. For a complete obituary, see http://bit.ly/1C042LT.

Kay McLean, wife of former Area Director Melvin McLean, passed away June 26. She was a resident of St. Joseph, Mo. Mel McLean preceded her in death. Her obituary may be found at http:// bit.ly/VMqkj7.

Pauline Lindsey passed away Friday, Aug. 8. She retired as an MU Extension HES specialist in the Southwest Region. Funeral services were held Aug. 13 in the Montgomery-Viets Chapel in Buffalo, Mo. Her obituary is online at http://bit.ly/1vjYB8w.

Gail W. King, 86, of Jackson, passed away Aug. 12. He worked 10 years for University of Missouri Extension in Perry County. From 1963 to 1977, he was area director of MU Extension over four counties in the Greater Kansas City area. In 1977, he moved to Jackson to be the agronomy specialist for the Cape Girardeau, Bollinger and Perry counties. He retired in 1985. He is survived by his wife, Gale King, and cards may be sent to the home at 408 Donna Drive, Jackson MO  63755.
