The Grace Hill Small Business Development Center in St. Louis has counseled nearly 120 clients. Angela Bryant owns Kidz in Motion Child Care, in business 10 years, with a chain of five daycare centers. With the Small Business Development Center's help, she received a copyright for development of several protocols for childcare set-up and reimbursement.

The Missouri Small Business Development Centers are administered through University of Missouri Extension.
